Para-Welt-Forum

So far none of the posted things look like they should be kept in a private subforum. It seems more like a Wiki to document stuff. I think we should put most or all of the posts so far in some public space, so that other people that want to do modding can look them up.

Finding all this took a long time and it takes even more time to describe it all. So I dont want everyone to have easy access to this
Anyway, its now available for all para-welt team and I dont think that someone new interested in modding will appear

But "it took time" is an argument FOR sharing the info with others interested in modding.

The "para-welt team" that has access to it and is still active is you, Henry, Scrat (but he does not do modding of this kind) and me.
