Better localization for MIRAGE

I think it’s a good idea to suit up full localization in mirage, with sequences, blink videos and sounds. Not just text like we have now. Just make this like MIRge files will replace a original ones of PW and Boosterpack. I am sure this is possible. This will also I think should resolve issue with DUMMY BUG OR NO TEXT in menu. Also new mirage speech acts for new units have only English version, that’s should be fixed. Atleast for all three languages, German and English. I already fixed everything what was possible to Russian. Only one thing is just add it to installer.

Aww thanks, from first post I didn’t got what you meant. I would be really happy to help with Deutch, but I don’t know the language.
