Each doping effect you add lasts for 5 seconds and gives an extra 20 unpiercable armor.
That way you can either have invulnerable units for 5 seconds or a little stronger/stronger/much stronger units for more or less time, depending on how many titans use the ability simultaneously.
this one sounds much better, however the bonus stacking up will be a hard thing to script (yeah!!! a new challenge

btw, i started to make the new descriptions for hero abilities, and i realized how bad the actual descriptions are
so many useless stuff, and very few actual info, like how long an effect lasts, how much damage it does, etc.
they should be definitely more informative
