This can cut .Bink videos?

Not sure. I think it will let you create binks from other video formats, and possibly convert bink back.

When I ve tried to convert Paraworld video into .Avi and than convert back to .Bink it causes crash of programm

Of Paraworld? I think you need to be careful with the parameters when creating the bink file. There are a lot of them, and paraworld probably does not support the latest bink format, if such a thing exists.

Oh fine, now I am wondering how to do that properly
