What about this (just an idea):
If you use a tool like Photoshop, you could make them look like an old photo, a painting, or something like that. If you do not overdo it, maybe it turns out to be nice
Also you could put in logos and a description of the scene, like:
x vs x - 4:32 - Autumn Battlefield

The folder containing the images is in \myfiles or \documents\spieleentwicklungskombinat\paraworld\...
