Icon creating FAQ

There I would like to create a FAQ how to work with Paraworld icons, how resize them without loosing there quality and how put them in game, so they will work.
Digital programm: Adobe Photoshop CS6
Any help, who ever worked with icons would be respected

name - icon path for usl and tt
level - place in ui where the icon will be displayed
x - icon width position in the file (pixels)
y - icon height position in the file (pixels)
w - icon width (pixels)
h - icon height (pixels)
offset_x - icon width offset in its own frame (pixels)
offset_y - icon height offset in its own frame (pixels)

Stroke (1 px) must be applied for each icon
Sharpening is also almost always required, especially for resized icons

You cant just say what you need for a particular icon to make it good, what sharpness or other effects values should be. These values are always different for each icon, you either see that the icon looks bad or not

I know that, while unit selected, under army controller displays unit stats and icon, which used to be lvl 5 icon.
What icon used while displaying unit being mounted on animal or boarded in transport boat?
