Fixed cutscenes

I fixed all campaign cutscenes;

What was fixed:
- wrong team color of some units and buildings
- wrong placement of buildings or missing buildings
- wrong weapon and shields for infantry units
- wrong cutscene models which not makes sense if compare them to lore of world and previous cutscenes

Btw I still don’t know how cutscenes localization work. Does it just puts a link in .seq file to sound, subtitles and bunk videos, or it upload whole sounds, videos and texts inside of file?

Someone mentioned to me, that “I am don’t see what looks bad and what doesn’t”. While I just tried to make seas base in mission 13 looks better but making it look like from last cutscene where warden was killed.......
Let’s find out, what others think about idea to add this base instead of old one in single.....

Yes, I spoke about add new base to singleplayer in new boosterpack, but we came to disagreement....

I meant, not everyone agrees that this base should be in boosterpack mission 13
