Singleplayer gates have pretty interesting bugs:
PT_Citywall_gate
ship_chain
water_sanctuary_gate_d1
hc13_gate
All gates listed here don’t work in automatic mode, so they opened by default if they settled up in auto mode, and hc13_gate even in in opened closed and automatic mode even can’t be going through by enemy and allied units. And I have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas, guys?

I get to this idea as well. Is this will fix the bugs with holy_city_walls and gates as well?

i can't say anything for sure, but with proper model editing its logical that this would fix the problem
