Problem with the booster pack + map editor + vista

Ok i installed the 3 rar files and teh correct english traslation ones then i installed the map editor. whenever i clicked on the launcher for the map editor i get the blue screen and windows shuts down i have reinstalled everything a second time round and again i get the blue screen

i have vista home prebium 32 bit edition

Ok, we solved it via Icq .

The -enable boosterpack1 parameter was missing in the shortcut to the Map Editor.

but thats not why it crashes usually it starts without bp then.
